Recipe for the weevil

NECESSARY PRODUCTS

  • 3 pcs. eggs

  • 150 g sugar

  • 200 ml of fresh milk

  • 60 g soft butter

  • 40 g of oil

  • 2 pcs. lemon essence

  • 500 g flour + 100 g for possible addition

  • 30 g fresh may

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Separate the egg whites into one of the spreading eggs and beat the egg yolk with the other two eggs lightly with a fork and pour into the machine container. Pour the sugar into the fresh milk, stir and heat gently, then pour over the eggs. Add the melted butter (lard) and the oil, the lemon essence, the sifted flour and top the yeast (if it is fresh yeast, crush it).

Put the container in the machine and turn on the dough program.
Observe the kneading process and if necessary add more flour to get a smooth dough - but not firm (I usually add 1-2 tablespoons), after 20 minutes switch off the machine and restart the dough program (restart it) and leave it to the end.

From the dough you get, make cassocks, rolls or buns.

Bake at 150º oven, top and bottom with a fan.

From this recipe 2 pcs are prepared. cozunaks in oblong cupcakes (terini) or 2 pcs. goat rolls.

* If you do not have a machine you can make the dough by hand until it is smooth.
